    What’s up Team IDNTY!

Not everyone is as lucky as D-Wade. The Flash was able to beat his cancer early and then develop an entire new health protocol focused on fitness, recovery and longevity.

Kerri Walsh is leading with love, not criticism in all aspects of her life after one of the most legendary Olympic runs ever.

A New Flash. Dwyane Wade’s New Standard of Fitness, Recovery & Longevity

In December 2023, Dwyane Wade checked into the hospital with his dad beside him and came out missing 40 percent of his right kidney. Stage 1 cancer. He said it was the weakest he had ever felt. The guy who once averaged 34.7 in a Finals and won three rings with the Heat did not treat the recovery as a soft landing. He started protecting the early window before the day filled up—strength work or 60–90 minutes of hot yoga, then the recovery pieces he never had to think about when he was in the NBA. Steam. Cold. Walks. Supplements he actually pays attention to now.

Love Yourself Into Greatness Like Olympic Legend Kerri Walsh

Kerri Walsh Jennings spent years with Misty May-Treanor building the kind of partnership where one of them could miss and the other would still go make the play. Twenty-one straight Olympic matches. One set lost across three gold-medal runs. The 112-match streak. She posted a line later that felt like the opposite of every locker-room speech she had ever lived through: you cannot critique yourself into greatness. You have to love yourself into it. That idea shows up now in everything Kerri does.

Chad Herring lettered as a free safety and special-teams guy at Ithaca, the kind of player who forced a fumble on a kickoff return and finished plays in kick coverage. Then he spent the next stretch of his life earning a PhD in exercise physiology and building strength and conditioning programs for college teams, private clients, and eventually higher-level performance roles.
