Matthew Konkol

Matthew played four years of football at Johns Hopkins University, earning Academic All-American honors and helping reach the Final Four in 2024. Now training for longevity, he balances functional strength and cardio for a strong body and mind, with a long-term goal of completing an Ironman race.

Professionally, he's an equipment engineer at TSMC in Phoenix, AZ, focused on learning and growth, ultimately aiming to build his own tech company.
