Letter from the Founders
Let's talk about big rocks. Have you heard this before? You are a cup — you can use big rocks and small rocks to "fill your cup."
In this case, I'm talking about your "health cup." Right now on Instagram, I am getting a lot of small rocks in my feed: natural deodorant… polyester-free underwear… a filter for my shower head?
What's become obvious is that "health" became less about performance… and more about avoidance.
At first, some of it made sense. There are chemicals worth watching. But now? It's gotten out of hand. Here's what we get wrong when it goes to the extreme:
- Dodging seed oils > secret to longevity
- Aluminum in deodorant > silent killer
- Unfiltered tap water > stealing years from us
Athletes know better.
The stuff that actually moves the needle?
- Good sleep (quantity AND quality)
- Consistent training that actually fits your life
- A balanced diet that doesn't require a PhD
Those three things will do more for your energy, focus, recovery, and long-term health than obsessing over every "non-toxic" label on Instagram.
The lesson? Real health lives in the realistic middle. Focus on the big levers that matter. Stop stressing about the small stuff that looks scary online. Balance beats extremes. Every single time. That shift in mindset changes everything.
Train hard. Live smart. Keep it real.

Still Unstoppable: Serena Williams Owns Her Fitness, Motherhood & Mogul Life After Tennis
You know that feeling.
The one where the final whistle blows, the last match ends, or the college season wraps up, and suddenly the structure that defined your entire identity is gone. The early-morning lifts, the film study, the travel, the singular focus — it all shifts. Life rushes in with jobs, relationships, kids, businesses, responsibilities. You wonder: Can I still be that athlete?
Serena Williams didn't just answer that question. She rewrote the entire playbook.
From the Weight Room to Mile High Glory

When the Denver Broncos punched their ticket to the 2025 AFC Championship Game, it wasn't just about Bo Nix's laser-guided throws or the defense's suffocating swagger. It was about the foundation laid in the shadows — where iron clangs, sweat drips, and character is forged one rep at a time.
At the heart of it all stands Dan Dalrymple, the Broncos' veteran Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. With over 40 years in the game, Dalrymple helped orchestrate a season that redefined resilience for a franchise hungry for its next chapter.
Your Fire Didn't Go Out. You Just Need Better Recovery.

If I had a dollar for every time a former D1 standout, high school All-State beast, or college letterman hit me with, "Todd, I just can't find that fire anymore," I'd own the weight room.
Brother, sister — listen up. After 30+ years coaching elite athletes (Super Bowl MVPs, Hall of Famers, and yes, guys and gals just like you who crushed it in high school and college), here's the real talk:
Most of us don't have a motivation problem. We have a recovery problem.
The Power of Choosing Discomfort

If you played sports long enough, you already know this truth: comfort never made anyone better.
The early lifts when no one was watching. The conditioning drills you secretly dreaded. The moments before a big game when doubt crept in — but you showed up anyway. That ability to lean into discomfort is what separated you from everyone who quit.
Bas Rutten built his entire life on that principle. The UFC Hall of Famer didn't just dominate fighting — he mastered the art of stepping into uncomfortable situations on purpose, over and over again, until they became fuel.
